Sizing
The sizes on the site are listed in U.S. men's
or women's sizes. The sizes shown with each style are what we usually have
available. Many of the styles are manufactured only in men's sizes, whole sizes, or
European sizes. When you place an order, just choose which size you would normally
wear and we will make any conversions that are necessary. Please let us know if you
have shoes from the same brand and what size they are.
Exchanges
It can be tough to buy shoes without trying them on. If you need to send your shoes
back for a different size, we will cover the shipping back to you for one size exchange
(same style only). You will have to pay for the shipping to us.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days,
if the shoes are UNWORN & UNDAMAGED.
Please keep the box and make sure your shoes fit correctly before wearing them outside!
Instructions for returns will be included with your order.

are nonrefundable.
Stock
If the style you want is in stock, your order
will be shipped in 2-4 weeks (it's usually much sooner). If the style you want is not
available, you will be notified. Your credit card will not be charged until your
shoes are ready to be sent. The styles and sizes listed are updated as often as possible
but may not be available at the time you order.
Payment
We accept credit card orders (Visa / MC, American Express & Discover ) through our
secure site and by fax, mail, or telephone.
We will also accept personal checks from the U.S. & money orders when you order by
mail (see link below). Personal checks will be held 10 days before your order is
sent.
Shipping in U.S.
Minimum shipping charges are $8/pair for shoes and $9/pair for boots. Shipping for
multiple pair orders will be automatically calculated with your order. Please call
612-822-2169 or e-mail us before placing an order if you want express shipping. We
will do our best to accommodate express requests.
Shipping to Canada
Minimum shipping for orders orders sent to Canada is $15 US. Shipping
charges on orders are calculated on-line as though they are being shipped in the U.S., but
will be charged at the rate for Canada. You will be notified if your
charges will exceed $15 U.S.
Customs
All orders shipped out of the U.S. will be labeled as merchandise with the full purchase
price indicated. The purchaser will be responsible for any customs or duties.
On-line Orders
All on-line orders are through an SSL server.
